Katerina Krstic

Katerina Krstic was born in Czech Republic 1979 and lives in Belgrade. She studied at FMU, Belgrade in the class of prof. Ljubisa Petrusevski and graduated in 2005 in the class of professor Dragan Lazic. She received many awards on compe88ons both as a solo and as I ensemble ar8st. She par8cipated in a Master class by prof. David Walter.

She held series of concerts in Serbia and abroad and was part of many recordings for Radio and Television of Serbia . She performed as a solist with orchestras like “Pro Classica” , “Pancevo string orchestra” and collaborated with “Symphonic orchestra of Nis “, “Art ensamble of the House of the Army of Serbia “, Symphonic orchestra of RTS”, Philharmonic orchestra of Sarajevo” , “Chamber Orchestra Skovran “, “Chamber Orchestra Simfonieta “ , String orchestra of St. George “ and “Belgrade Chamber Orchestra Ljubica Ma8c “ .

Her pedagogical work starts in MS “Jovan Bandur” in Pancevo which later on expands to MS “Kosta Manojlovic” in Zemun (Belgrade) and MS “Miloje Milojevic
“ in Kragujevac. She currently teaches at MS “ Vatroslav Lisinski “ in Belgrade where she is achieving succes in public performances and compe88ons with her class.

In the year 2014 she received an award for extraordinary pedagogical achievements by the Provincial government of Vojvodina.
