Born in Frosinone in 1985, he began his musical studies at age of five with his grandfather Gesualdo Coggi. He studied under the guidance of F. Di Cesare first at the Arts Academy in Rome and later at the Conservatory of Music S. Cecilia in Rome, where at the age of seventeen he obtained his diploma in piano with honors and praise. He concluded the Music Postgraduate Course diploma with honors and praise at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten - Conservatorium of Rotterdam. He then studied with Maestro R. Cappello at the A. Boito of Parma with whom in 2010 he received his MA Degree with honors. He attended master classes with F. Scala, B. Canino, F. J. Thiollier, N. Fisher, A. Delle Vigne, Choong Mo Kang, M. Drevnowskij. Winner of several national piano competitions, also received in 2003 the Prize Valter Cococcia for the youngest Italian graduated the previous year with the highest vote. In 2009 he won the 3rd prize at the 57th International Piano Competition F. Busoni. In September 2010, he was in the public workshops held by Maestro Alfred Brendel at the Bolzano Festival, reserved to the three winners of the prize F. Busoni 2009. He has given concerts in many cities including Rome (Auditorium della Conciliazione, Aula Magna of the Catholic University, the University La Sapienza, the Basilica of Maxentius, etc.), London (Steinway Hall), Seoul, Salzburg (Mozarteum), Prague (J. Jeûek), Rotterdam (De Doelen Teather), Bolzano, Milan, Bologna, Parma (Teatro Regio), Ravenna (Teatro Alighieri for the international exhibition Ravenna Festival), Venezia, Stresa, Lecce (Theatre Paisiello), Misano Adriatico (the International Festival of Piano Interpretation) etc. In 2007-2008 he recorded the 2 G. Martucci Concerts for the record label Naxos with the Orchestra Sinfonica di Roma conducted by Maestro F. La Vecchia. He has collaborated with renowned artists such as the violinist M. Fiorini, cellist A. Noferini, the two woodwind quintets of the RAI National Symphony Orchestra, the Solisti dellíOrchestra del Teatro Regio di Parma, etc. Works as a Principal Piano teacher at the Conservatory L. Canepa in Sassari. His training is completed also with the study of the composition and the scientific disciplines, in which field he obtained in July 2007 the the Laurea Triennale in Physics at La Sapienza University in Rome with a vote of 110 cum laude.
